Founded in 2001, we began with a focus on decorative concrete floor coatings and architectural precast elements. In 2014, driven by our passion for precast, we refined our vision and committed exclusively to architectural precast concrete. It was at that moment that Molding Mud was born. 

At our core, Molding Mud is a company of craftsmen dedicated to the art and discipline of architectural concrete — shaping raw material into refined functional form.

We are craftspeople, designers, and problem-solvers who begin each day driven by the pursuit of form, texture, and material expression. We are passionate about process — about shaping raw elements into something purposeful, sculptural, and lasting. Creation is not simply what we do; it is who we are. We consider our creations functional art, as no two pieces are the same.

Since our inception, Molding Mud has collaborated with architects, designers, builders, and homeowners to craft one-of-a-kind sinks, tables, reception desks, tubs, and bespoke architectural elements. Each piece is shaped by hand, guided by experience, and grounded in respect for the material.
